A 90-MINUTE VIRTUAL SOMATIC CLASS
STRONG
Coming Back To What Your Body Can Do
Part 3 of 3 in the Virtual Somatic Series
Monday, November 16 | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM MDT | $44
What if strength isn’t about holding it together?
You already know how to push through. Grit isn’t the problem.
Most of the women in this series have plenty of it.
What’s harder is staying.
Staying in the hard conversation instead of shutting down.
Feeling a feeling all the way through instead of numbing it out or moving past it fast.
Asking for help instead of quietly deciding you’ll just handle it yourself, again.
That’s strength too.
It just doesn’t look like what we were taught to call strong.
Strength, redefined
“What your body can do” doesn’t have to mean physical output. It can mean the exhale that lets you ask for support instead of white-knuckling through alone. The settling in your chest that lets you stay in the room instead of leaving, even when leaving would be easier.
If physical strength is your body’s ability to hold weight, this is its ability to hold experience: to stay present with a hard feeling, hold a boundary without going rigid, let someone see you struggling without collapsing into it.
And it shows up in the body first. Before you decide to stay or go, ask or not ask, feel or numb, your body has already started making that choice. This class is about noticing that, and building capacity from the inside out.
It’s the kind of strength that doesn’t show up on a scale or in a mirror, but shapes your relationships, your leadership, how honest you can be with the people closest to you.

This is for you if…
- You can push through almost anything, but staying present with a hard feeling is harder than pushing through it.
- You’d rather handle it yourself than ask for help, even when help is right there.
- You know how to hold it together, but you’re not always sure what it would feel like to just soften.
- You’ve been called strong your whole life, and you’re starting to wonder if that word has only ever meant one thing.
- You want a different definition of strength, one that includes staying, feeling, and asking, not just carrying more.
What we’ll explore
✨ The difference between strength that holds you together and strength that lets you soften
✨ Where in your body you brace, armor, or shut down before you’re even aware you’re doing it
✨ What it actually feels like, physically, to stay present instead of checking out
✨ How asking for help can be a strength move instead of a failure
✨ A body-based way to build capacity for hard moments, rather than just gritting through them
What to expect
This is a 90 minute live virtual masterclass, movement and practice based, not lecture based. We’ll spend some time in short teaching to set context, then most of the class will be guided somatic practice: real time work with your nervous system’s capacity to stay, feel, and ask.
No performance pressure. No fitness component. You don’t need to be flexible, coordinated, or in any particular shape to do this work. You just need to show up in the body you have.
A replay will be sent to everyone registered, so you can revisit the practice on your own time.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
You just have to let your body know that.
